Within 30 days: You must return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase:

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of merchandise that are exempt from return. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygienic products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records

Any item that is not in its original condition, or whose parts have been damaged or lost through no fault of ours.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the amount of your return. When we receive your returned item, we will send you a gift card.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift recipient receives an order that ships later, we will issue a refund to the gift recipient and notify them of the return.
